pnl77 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "pnl77", "the Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to the pnl77 online gaming platform accessible at pnl77.app and all associated services.
• "Player", "You", or "Your" refers to any registered user of the pnl77 platform who has created a valid account and is at least 21 years of age.
• "Account" refers to a unique registered profile created by a Player on the pnl77 platform, associated with a single wallet balance and personal credentials.
• "Wallet" or "Balance" refers to the in-platform Philippine Peso (PHP) balance associated with a Player's Account, inclusive of real-money deposits and applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits" refers to promotional funds credited to a Player's account under specific promotional terms, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total wager a Player must place before Bonus Credits or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Games" refers collectively to all gaming products offered through pnl77, including but not limited to live dealer casino games, slot machines, table games, sports betting markets, bingo rooms, esports betting markets, and bingo fishing games.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any territory from which access to and use of pnl77 is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

In order to register and maintain an Account on pnl77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. pnl77 operates in compliance with Philippine age-of-majority requirements for online gambling.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any Prohibited Jurisdiction where use of online gambling services is illegal or restricted.
• You are accessing the platform entirely on your own behalf, not as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party.
• You do not currently hold, and have never previously held, another Account on pnl77. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or family member of an employee or contractor of pnl77 or any of its certified game providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from pnl77 under any self-exclusion program, responsible gaming tool, or administrative decision.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) Account on pnl77 at any time. The registration process requires the provision of accurate, complete, and current personal information, including but not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• Valid Philippine mobile number in the format +63 9XX XXX XXXX, which will be used for account verification, OTP-based authentication, and communication.
• Valid email address under the Player's sole control.
• Date of birth, confirming the Player is at least 21 years of age.
• A secure, unique password of the Player's choosing.

You agree that all information provided during and after registration is truthful, accurate, and complete. pnl77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is identified at any time.

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their Account credentials. pnl77 will not be liable for any unauthorized access to an Account that results from the Player's failure to protect their login information. Any suspected unauthorized access should be reported to pnl77 support immediately via the platform's live chat service.

Account credentials, including username and password, must not be shared with, sold to, or transferred to any third party. Each Account is strictly personal and non-transferable.

pnl77 accepts deposits exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) through verified payment channels. Accepted payment methods include GCash, PayMaya, BDO online banking, BPI online banking, Metrobank online banking, Unionbank online banking, and select cryptocurrency options as displayed on the deposit screen within the platform at any given time.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 PHP per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier and are displayed in the deposit interface. pnl77 does not impose a platform-level maximum deposit cap on fully verified accounts, subject to payment provider transaction limits.

All deposits are credited to your pnl77 Wallet upon confirmed receipt from the payment processor. GCash and PayMaya deposits typically process within one (1) to three (3) minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the issuing bank's processing schedule.

pnl77 does not charge a deposit fee on its end. However, individual payment providers (e.g., GCash, BDO) may apply their own transaction fees which are not controlled by or attributable to pnl77.

Players may request withdrawal of real-money funds from their pnl77 Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.00 PHP per transaction.

Before a Player's first withdrawal is processed, pnl77 requires completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This includes submission of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, SSS ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's License, or PhilHealth ID) and, where required, proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawals will be held pending completion of KYC on new accounts.

Approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval, available twenty-four (24) hours a day including Philippine public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to blockchain network confirmation times.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, wherever technically possible. This requirement exists as part of pnl77's anti-money laundering and fraud prevention protocols. pnl77 reserves the right to require additional verification for withdrawal requests that cannot be returned to the original deposit source.

pnl77 reserves the right to withhold, delay, or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) the Account has not completed KYC verification; (b) there is an ongoing investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violations; (c) the withdrawal request is subject to active Bonus wagering requirements that have not been met; or (d) there is a discrepancy between the Player's registered details and the payment account details presented.

pnl77 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit match bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Bonus offers are available only to Players who have completed account registration and identity verification and are at least 21 years of age.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Player accounts only and may be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account.
• All Bonus Credits are subject to a wagering requirement of a minimum of thirty (30) times the bonus amount, unless a different requirement is explicitly stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Credits must be used within the validity period specified in the promotion. Expired Bonus Credits are forfeited without compensation.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Credits are subject to the same wagering requirements as the Bonus Credits themselves before becoming eligible for withdrawal.
• pnl77 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not retroactively affect Bonus Credits already in active use by Players.
• The deliberate exploitation of bonus structures, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, constitutes Bonus Abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, as well as potential permanent account termination.

• Depositing funds sourced from criminal activity, fraud, theft, or unauthorized third-party payment accounts.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pnl77 staff, support agents, or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account without their authorization.

pnl77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Identification of a Player as a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Detection of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or unauthorized use of third-party payment methods.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal activity.
• A Player's voluntary request to close their Account or activate a self-exclusion period.
• Legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon Account termination for violation of these Terms, pnl77 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit all Wallet balances, including real-money deposits where fraud has been confirmed. Where termination is for non-fault reasons (e.g., regulatory compliance), verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method after completion of any required review process.

pnl77 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Filipino Players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within each Player's Account settings at any time:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pnl77 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any pnl77 content or intellectual property without prior written authorization from pnl77.

Game content displayed on pnl77 is owned by the respective third-party game providers and is used under license. Game trademarks, logos, and graphical assets remain the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, pnl77 shall not be liable for:

• Interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or circumstances outside pnl77's reasonable control.

• Decisions made by Players in relation to gambling activity, including decisions to continue or increase wagers.

pnl77's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any Game shall in no event exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their pnl77 Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

pnl77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pnl77 will provide notice through the platform — either via an in-platform notification, a banner on the login page, or by email to a Player's registered address — at least seven (7) calendar days before the changes take effect, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or regulatory directive.

Continued use of the pnl77 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not agree to amended Terms should cease using the platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days of escalation, the parties agree to submit the matter to binding arbitration administered under Philippine arbitration law. Players retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines in circumstances where arbitration would be inadequate to prevent irreparable harm.

Nothing in this section limits pnl77's right to seek injunctive relief to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property or any activity constituting a criminal offense under Philippine law.
